Hi All,

I am trying to clone a gene on an inducible vector using gateway system. The sequence seems to be correct. however, when I transfect HEK293s with my clone, there is no overexpression of the protein. The way I do is to transfect using lipo 2000, induce the day after and harvest 24h post induction.

Any ideas and help is highly appreciated
