Hi !
I use protein II xi cell system to electrophoresis DNA (for SSCP analysis), this is some infomation in my protocol:
PAGE 12% nonedenaturing, bis:acrylamide=1:49
20*16cm gel
TAE1X
4 degrees celcius
Electrophoresis in 12h
But i have problem with gel after silver staining, see this image:

this streack go down bottom gel during electrophoresis and breck band DNA.
what is problem? please help!
