Please help me out with the protocol for solid phase sandwich ELISA

I have the whole blood with me and how can I go about doing the mentioned ELISA from the scratch -

Help me through this ...

Please search for protocols on-line for the analyte you are trying to detect. If protocols or if a manufacturer has a kit then obtain the revelent information then come back to the forum and ask us more detailed questions if you are unsure of any of the steps.
