I don't know if anyone is familiar with the counting plugin for ImageJ, but for some reason I can't figure out yet how to save a file such that it saves your progress while counting. I've been just leaving the file open if I need to stop and go do something else, but I could easily lose that count with a computer crash or something. I tried exporting the image so it saves the marks and saving the marker file (which saves the count up to that point), but they don't mesh. It complains it's not the original file. Has anyone had any experience with this?
Thanks.
Is it possible to save your progress counting in ImageJ?
