Hi,

I am new to FACS. I tried to analyze the surface markers on my primary MSC and it resulted in very weird dot plots that even the experienced assistants at the core lab can't tell what's going on. So I'm going to try my luck here.

Have anyone seen the streak like this before? These are unstained cells.
