Hello everybody,
i have some difficulties to compare growth curves of a same bacterial strain in two different conditions. The curves are obtained using bioscreen C.

Depending of the cases i obtained different lag times, or different slopes.
What are the best parameter to take in consideration? can you advise me any software that automatically extracts from a given curve the values of the lag time and the slope of the exponential phase?

i have also tried to extract the Gampertz parameters (a, b and  c) starting from the curves i have obtained? can i perform a statistical comparison between parameters on them? and if yes what is the best to take in consideration for the analysis?
