2 days ago i was making a qPCR reaction.
i checked 3 genes and i use as gyrA as positive control.
when i got the results, i noticed that 2 from the 4 genes has strange curves.
from some reason, only the dupicates of the gene of interest shows not very logaritmic curve.
i thought it could be the primers, but the standard curve works fine.
maybe the cyber recognize diffrently the CDNA and the DNA ?
i attach here word file with the 4 genes.
the up-right sample is the positive gene and works fine.
the rest are not.
