Dear all,

Since I've got the data of dual luciferase assay only (using Promega Dual Luciferase Reporter System), I would like to ask how to calculate the transfection efficiency.

Assume here are some of my experimental data:

1st reading (Renilla)              2nd reading (Firefly)
pGL4-74 / pGL4-10                                      4.20                                        2.67
pGL4-74/ pGL4-23                                       0.81                                         0.73
pGL4-74/ pGL4-13                                       7.61                                         120.9
pGL4-74/   ddH2O                                        0.02                                          0.02
ddH2O only                                                   0.01                                          0.01

pGL4-74 is used to normalize the transfection; reading of pGL4-13 is a max expression; pGL4-13 is used for checking the basal expression level.

Thx,
Hermit
