i am handling MHC I binding peptides, for neurobiological assay, but i see the stability of these peptides are decreasing due to over use. if somebody knows about the stability of MHC class peptides kind suggestion is required.
i freeze the peptides in -70degC, thaw them and dilute for a required concentration before use.
