Hi fellow chippers!

As you probably all already know, there have been some recently published protocols on how to perform ChIP-seq on very few cells (~10,000 cells or less):

Paper 1: http://www.nature.co...nmeth.1478.html
Corresponding Nature Protocols: http://www.nature.co...t.2011.402.html

Paper 2: http://www.nature.co...ml#/ref-link-11
Corresponding Nature Protocols: http://www.nature.co...t.2011.447.html

I had previously attempted the amplification part of the first protocol (WGA method), but was unable to reproduce their results, not even close... I have never tried the T7 method in paper 2.

My question is if anyone has successfully used any of these protocols for their ChIP-seq experiments? If so, I'd love some tips!
