I have a really easy question...
I'm setting up a growth curve experiment, and that means I'll have to sample a dish of virus infected cells. Since I'll be removing media from the dish, do I need to refill the missing amount? (I think I would.) Due to several reasons I've set up a six well plate -taking 50ul at each time point would decrease the volume significantly by the end.
