Hello there,

Anyone out there who are working on serum microRNAs?

I run a qPCR screening and my normalization control seemed to be degraded in the serum.

Does anyone knows how to use total rna for normalization? Right now that's all I can think of doing but in the future I'll spike my samples with standard microRNA.
