Hi all,

Dose any one know, PhoP/PhoQ system present in Pseudomonas putida? If present, then Is this working?
When I blast search PhoP/PhoQ  gene from Pseudomonas aeruginosa with S putida. I found these two gene has more than 80% identity. But I am not sure Is this two component system working or not?

Suggest me.
