Right, coming up to halfway through my masters (thesis writing season is almost on me....o god), and PhD applications have not gone well, couple of good interviews that ultimatly went to more "experienced" candidates. I.e. former lab techs
While applying to lab tech jobs I noticed grades of lab techs.
Anyone care to enlighten me?
