I just started working at my summer job in a lab and was just wondering....can anyone give me a brief overview of what TA cloning is, or where I may be able to find detail descriptions of it? I need to understand why I am doing the protocols the way that they are written. If anyone knows good websites describing the reasoning behind the process, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
