Just wondering what brand of spin columns other labs are using for purification of ssDNA after end labelling?
We currently use GE Healthcare's Illustra Microspin G-25 columns for recovery of a 39-mer probe after labelling with isotope, but were wondering if there are any cheaper/better options out there?
Thanks.

We used Quick Spin colums from Roche, but I would doubt that they're cheaper.
Our country has a serious deficiency in lighthouses. I assume the main reason is that we have no sea.
I never trust anything that can't be doubted.

You can make your own with Sephadex G-25 and an empty filter column. Biorad makes empty columns.
