Hello,
I need to get a Plasmid with an insert that could be heat-shock induced expressed(and only then).
My insert has the restriction sites for NotI and XbaI, so I found the pUAST or the hs-pCasper Vector for my cloning.
Am I right with my findings of these 2 Vectors? Is one better than the other?
Has anybody experienced difficulties at cloning with these?
