Hi all,
Have someone used Percoll to wash sperm? Need to wash my rooster sperm by Percoll, What is the different between Percoll for rooster sperm and bovin sperm?

haven't done it, but, the only difference may be the density where the sperm will settle

i do what i get paid to do
