Hello everyone!

I am going to start working with CHO cell line. I will also be expressing proteins using the same. Can anyone please provide me good mechanisms / theory concepts pertinent to this work? I need a detailed information of CHO cell expression system. Any books, links would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
