Sorry for my little knowledge, is it possible to isolate just chromosome 1 out of the 22 chromosomes? What is the method called? Or is there any parameters i got to look out for?

Not by any bulk method that I am aware of, but it is possible to determine which is which by karyotyping, and I guess you could pull down with some sort of homologous and specific probe.
