HI guys

So I have a couple of cell lines in culture, and i am trying to collect the cells for an RNA extraction, but not quite sure how to do  a cell lysis for this particular thing. do you guys have any tips or protocols that i can try out to see, and begin doing that?

just add trizol, then collect it in a vial then add chloroform to it. then isopropanol then 70 % alcohol then dry it and add water and use it.
