As you know when doing qPCR, you do a ratio of some housekeeping gene Ct to the Ct of your target message and compare levels between changes in that message over time, induction, etc. I want to know if anyone has data on the amount of message of GAPDH preferably in HEK293 cells? Is it 50 copies per cell? 1000 copies per cell? Just a mere ratio will not do it for me.
Thanks.

I'm affraid that can differ between batches of cell line. You can do absolute quantification to find out on your sample.
Our country has a serious deficiency in lighthouses. I assume the main reason is that we have no sea.
