Hi Guys,
So i wanted to see if you guys could help me in recommending good loading control antibodies. for the last few weeks i have been trying to troubleshoot my blot and wondering what could be the reason i was obtaining so many bands and i have been using Monoclonal Anti-Actin, Clone AC-40 from sigma, and i have tried several dilutions and i still obtain many bands so at this point looking to try a different primary.
