Which the minor concentration of cDNA that can I use in qPCR?
And which would the best concentration?

you need to look at the manual of your DNA polymerase. It must recommend a certain amount. The lowest could be 1 pg, but normally people use higher concentrations. we normally keep it below 1 ug because usually above that gives us smear on the gel.
