Hello,
I'd like to get the most out of the CBA kit I just bought from BD. They recommend using 1uL of beads/test. (Either capture beads or detection beads). I'm sure I can go lower than this and extend the number of tests I can run per kit. Has anyone optimized this? How low can I go? 0.5uL/test???
Thanks,
Marcella
