what is the best way to increase my purified enzyme's concentration???

what is the best way to increase my purified enzyme's concentration??? any protocol for concentrating enzymes? also best way to keep them alive n well for the next few month????

Probably the easiest is to use centrifugal filtration with an ultrafiltration membrane, as found in products such as the Millipore Centricon and Microcon systems.  Dialysis against a solution high in PEG (or solid PEG) also will remove water but not the enzyme.  Often, storage in 50% glycerol at -20C is a good approach for longer term.
