Hi everyone,
I am facing a difficult challenge that will require your expertise. I am currently performing one-step RT-qPCR on a microfluidic system, where the droplets that are 0.5nL. Each droplet will consist of one cell. The calculation of total cell lysate will be equivalent to approximately 2000 cells/uL (2 cells/nL --> 2000 cells/uL). I need assistance in approaching this issue.
I have tried various titrations.
