Hello everyone.
I have a problem with my agarose gel electrophoresis.
The bands appear to be formed by small blebs.
Anyone Knows what the cause might be? Too much DNA per lane?
I have attached the picture of the agarose gel.

First check your gel coagulation. Maybe gel is soft and there is a problem with running bands. There is too much DNA.

there very large amount of plasmid DNA present. If you dilute the sample and then run the gel (1%) again u wont this prob hopefully.
