Hello,
I am having problems with the qPCR. In some of the wells, the ROX signal increases with the cycles and we are having strainge results for SybrGreen. We think it's a case of evaporation in the wells, but anyway, I don't understand wy the ROX signal increases, It it a total fluorescence what is measured and even the concentration of ROX increased with evaporation, the total amount of ROX would be the same. Can someone explain me that?
