Hey Everybody,

First time poster! I am going to do a Y2H on a plant transcription factor and my PI wants to use the Matchmaker Gold System. Has anybody used this system before? Did you like it? Did it work well?

I did and I would never recommand any thing but this syetm it is really gold system Posted Image, so please tell me more about your experiment I will tell you my mistakes to avoid them in the future?
