Hi everyone,
I'm studying a neuropeptide and its effect in appetite control. I want to introduce this peptide into the brain via ICV injection, but do not know where to inject. We are thinking that this peptide might work in ways similar to that of leptin.
Most of the previous research did the injection in the lateral ventricle, and a few of them in the third ventricle. Is there any difference between the 2 sites (assuming the 2 ventricles are connected)?
Thanks in advance.
Matthew
