Hey, everyone!
I am new to stem cell field. Anyone knows about how to fraction the different stage of stem cell extracted from fat? Any suggestion is appreciated! Are there some good papers specialized in this topic? Thanks

You would have to disrupt the tissue (look into MACS tissue disruptors) and then probably do some FACS.

thanks for suggestion! After FACS, are these cell able to differentiate?
