Hi all, i am currently trying to figure out the mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) for my CD40 surface marker expression flow analysis. So, from the stat data given by the flow, there got mean and geo mean. My data is at a log scale, so, i think i will use the geo mean value. The question is, is the geo mean value given is equal to the mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) that people always mentioned in papers?

Thanks lot and hope somebody out there Posted Image can help me with this~ Posted Image
