I am testing some new proteins.. the stock, highly concentrated, is resuspended in PBS and there is no problem... but they precipitate when I add them into culture ( the protein is diluted 5x from the stock in the cell culture)... why? My primary cells need to grow in 2% FBS and they are very sensitive to DMSO...THANKS!!!
