Hi,
I am looking for murine (better) or human cell lines that are:
(1) of neutrophil differentiation or capable of differentiating into neutrophils; and
(2) of B cell/plasma cell differentiation or capable of differentiating into B cells/plasma cells.
What I hope for these cell lines is that they should have biological functions close to normal mature cells, and what I am gonna do is to co-culture these cells with certain tumor cell lines to see the impact of these inflammatory cells on the tumor cell behavior.
Could anyone recommend me some cells of choice? Thanks!
JC
