I'm looking for a promoter sequence for my gene in tomato plant. I have the complete genome, cDNA, and protein sequence of that gene. What database can I use to analyze my promoter sequence?

hi seed,

what i would do is to locate the cDNA in the genome and then extract ~ 2 kb upstream from that region, looking for promoter sequences. i'm not sure whether plantprom or planttfdb contains tomato sequences. hope that helps.
