I am a student,
I have a project about constructing a gene. My gene is coding Insulin protein. It must have an enhancer, a CpG islands, CAA box, Tata box in the upstream and at the downstream it must have a repressor like TGF-beta or IL-10 and re-CpG islands...

After i construct it, i have to transform it into a mamalian cell-line with an appropriate vector like retroviruses...

What can you suggest about it? where can i found these things?
