hello
I would like to understand what is the process I should do for a tissue I took from a rat, after I take it, if I want to:
1) Freeze it for further later use, to keep cells and ECM intact
or
2) Prepare for cryotome
or
3) Stain with H and E without loosing the cells or ECM of natural tissue
