hai every one,
i have been struggling for long time with bacillus transformation.
i tried different chemical methods but i could not get .i tried electroporation also.but in electroporation bacillus cells are getting died.i tried voltages from 1 kv to 3.5kv.
if anyone knows how to do bacillus trasformation plz help me.
