Hi,
I am very new to protein studies. And i have a question.
I wrongly Crosslinked my cells at 300 mj/cm2. I had to do that at 400mj/cm2. Now i am so much worried that what could happen if crosslinking has been done on wrong energy level.
Can anyone please help me that what could be the bad effects (or good effects) of this mistake.?
Thanks in advance
