Hello guys,
I work on stem cells in an objective to differenciate them into hepatocytes. I use Hepatocyte growh factor for this purpose. I need to know if i can reconstitute hgf in pbs-bsa 1% rather than 0.1%. I guess I can because carrier protein concentrations usually go from 0.1 to 1%. I just need to be sure because I can't find the information in the documentation.
(Why not simply use 0.1% bsa? Because i've already reconstitued the hgf in 1%BSA. I thought it was 0.1% and noticed the error too late!!!)
Thanks
