Hi everyone!

I´m doing a lateral flow immunoassay and I´m having some problems with the test line. I´m using the membrane mdi CNPC-SS12,15um.
The test line is appearing as a heteregeneous line, a strong line at the beginning and very light at the rest. I have already tried add 0.1% BSA, 0.3% BSA and 0.3% trealose to improve the quality at test line, but with no  results. I´ve tried block the membrane, with no results too.
When I changed the membrane to millipore HF135 I had  a good result, but it is very expensive...

Anyone have any idea to help me?
