Hi everyone

I'm trying to do flow cytometry with ISH; I need to stain for cell surface markers first and the low pH (pH5) in the ISH reaction is destroying the fluorescence.  Has anyone got any ideas of which fluorophores are the best to use at low pH?  I've looked and looked.....and just can't find out!

Fingers crossed!

Can BCECF do the job?
By the way, do u have any experience measuring intracellular pH using carboxy SNARF 1 AM in flow cytometey? Because I am doing it right now and getting confused....thx anyway!
