Hi,
I use the Qiegen miRNeasy mini kit for extraction of total RNA and microRNAs from animal tissues. Due to a spill, I lost the RWT buffer component of the kit (used for the first wash on column). However, I still have other components (the columns, buffer RPE....etc) in exces. Does anyone know what else we could use for the first wash? I couldn't find the RWT recipe in the kit's catalog or their website.
many thanks.
