Hi all,

Is anyone here ever construct a scFV from rabbit donor in pSEX81?
The titer of antibody was decreasing with the number of panning and when I did PCR on it, it seems that the insert was gone.
I was PCR the phage preparation using pSEX81 primer specific. Is the method right?
Sorry, it might a stupid question.
