I major in anmal cell culture.I want to know which method can enhance protein
expression in animal cell(i.e. specific productiviy)?I know adding NaBu will effect.Are there any other substances or culture enviroment ?
    Could anyone can help me?

Sodium butyrate is a good one... just make sure that your culture has hit peak density before you add it, because they aren't going to grow much more after they're hit with butyrate.  I don't know what production system you're using - but you could also try lowering the temperature of your culture when the cells hit peak density.  Lowering the temperature might give you an extra day or so as the cells come down in viability.
