Do you know of any papers claiming absolute (or close to that) knockdown of cav-1 by RNAi in vitro? Will be glad if you could share the links of any here...thanks in advance!!

check sigma's site. They might have the siRNA sequence. These sequences are supposed to have been tested in their labs.
