Dear Friendz

i am working on histone proteins. Plz suggest if i can use an extraction protocol designed on cell lines for tissue samples. How much minimum sample i can load on 2D since i have shortage of protein samples.

If anyone working on mamalian histone prorteins plz contact me i need to clear some confusions about these proteins
