Hello all.
I was wondering if anyone has experience and/or comments on which of the products to use for fluorescent imaging: LysoTracker Green or CellLight Lysosome GFP.
I understand the technical differences of the products (basic amines accumlating vs. GFP fused lysosomal signal via protein expression) and wanted to compare the products mainly in terms of compatibility with aldehyde fixation process.
The experiments will test the localization of nanoparticles in lysosomes, preferable after fixation, via fluorescent confocal microscopy.

Will appreciate a lot if anyone can share their comments and suggestions.
