Hello members,

I am new (and maybe a little late) to the miRNA game.  I am interested in isolating miRNA only from small serum samples (500 uL to 1 mL).

What is the BEST KIT out there for EFFICIENT isolation of miRNA from serum from limited sample volume?

What is the expected yield? (ng/ uL)

Any modifications to the "pre-existing kit protocols" that would aid in better efficiency?
